MARCH 2022

PROJECT CNCP -

PANCHSHEEL SLUM BELAPUR VILLAGE - MAHARASHTRA- INDIA

Providing Safe and Secure childhood against children is possible. Every year more than I billion children face some form of violence, but it doesn’t have to be this way. Child protection transform lives. We want to make sure children are safe, to call out violence when it occurs, and work with survivors to heal and recover.

60 children from Panch Sheel slum are studying in nearby school in Belapur Village, Navi Mumbai. RDF has decided to support these children for long term basis. Many of our friends and well-wisher supported RDF initiatives to motivate children for continuing their education during COVID19 pandemic. Since then we are monitoring these children, this is a long term support program to ensure their education, good health and wellbeing. 60 children received gifts from Restoring Dreams Foundation at the end of their academic year (21-22) in the month of March. This was to motivate them to continue their education and to reduce school dropout rate. Children Education support cost Rupees 99,000 annually.

Doing the right thing,
at the right time.
