Navi Mumbai Jan Feb 23- Modern approaches mean that Open Heart Surgery has been revolutionized and is now an entirely different prospect compared to what it used to be. Restoring Dreams Foundation (RDF) supported medical emergencies of Gangaram 50 year who   comes from disadvantage background. He was not sure from where the fund will come for a surgery which would cost INR 7/10 lakhs. Through our hospital network his surgery was done free of cost at DY Patil hospital under the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojna scheme.  The post-operative care and medicines was taken care by Restoring Dreams Foundation (RDF) well-wisher and friends.
